Join the celebration of 30 years of the beloved sitcom Friends! On September 23, iconic props and costumes will be auctioned, including Chandler Bing’s coveted teal cashmere sweater, which is expected to soar in value following Matthew Perry’s passing.
Friends fans can finally get their hands on a piece of clothing worn by the late Matthew Perry, who played the iconic character Chandler Bing, but it will cost them. To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the show, Warner Bros. On September 23, Television and Julien’s Auctions will auction off various show items, including clothes. The name of this auction is “The One with the 30th Anniversary Auction.”
Items to be sold will include a statue from Ross Geller’s apartment, an ottoman from his living room, a shirt worn by Paul Stevens, a sweater worn by Rachel Green, and another sweater worn by Chandler. The sweater, identified as the “Chandler Bing” Sweater, is blue-grey and was worn by Perry in Season 7, Episode 10, during a scene at Central Perk.

Darren Julien of Julien’s Auctions said, “Each item will connect the buyer to the magic of ‘Friends,’ one of the most beloved and enduring TV shows in history that continues to make millions of fans smile, laugh, and feel like part of the gang.”.
