A day after South Korea claimed that North Korea missile launches the North had fired roughly ten short-range ballistic missiles into the East Sea, the news caused an uproar over the world. The state media in North Korea on Friday announced that Kim Jong-un, the president of North Korea, had overseen this artillery firing exercise utilizing 600 mm super-large multiple rocket launchers.
According to the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), Kim directly ordered the planning of the “power demonstration firing” that happened on Thursday, March 29. This occurred in retaliation for the South Korean Army’s forceful display against North Korea’s lawful exercise of its sovereign rights.
