Kagiri Araido’s Undertaker manga ended in the August issue of Kodansha’s Monthly Shonen Magazine last Friday. The third, and final, compiled book volume of the manga will ship on Aug 16.
Kagiri ARAIDO is best known for being the author & artist of Undertaker, Jii-san Baa-san Wakagaeru, and Osananajimi ni Najimitai.
Araido launched the manga in Monthly Shonen Magazine in August 2023. Kodansha published the manga’s second volume on April 17.

Araido started publishing the Jiisan Baasan Wakagaeru (Grandpa and Grandma Turn Young Again) manga on Pixiv in October 2019. It has gained more than 100 million views to date. The manga also placed #6 in the Web Manga category of the sixth “Tsugi ni Kuru Manga Taishō” in 2020.
Synopsis
It revolves around the seemingly childlike Hiromu Sugisawa and the elder Rōta Daidōji. Both of them are employed as Undertaker agents, tasked with putting to rest the Sotai—the resurrected undead, seeking to continue their lives by attacking living people.
